Each individual is only allowed to hold one (1) account at CYL88. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation and may result in the termination of all accounts involved and the forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

• The name registered must match the name on your official identification document
• An active email address is required for account verification
• A valid phone number is required for two-factor authentication
• Cyl88 reserves the right to reject any registration application without providing a reason

4 Deposits and Payment Methods

Cyl88 accepts deposits via various approved payment methods, including online banking through FPX, local e-wallets, and direct bank transfer. All available payment methods are displayed in the platform's deposit section.

• The minimum deposit amount is RM20 for most payment methods
• Deposits must be made using a payment method under the same member's name — use of third-party accounts is strictly prohibited
• Cyl88 does not charge any processing fees for deposits
• Deposits are usually credited within a few minutes once the transaction is confirmed
• Cyl88 reserves the right to request proof of payment should any dispute arise regarding a deposit

5 Fund Withdrawal

Cyl88 members are entitled to withdraw funds from their accounts subject to the following conditions:

• KYC identity verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit — withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50
• Daily withdrawal limits vary by member VIP tier — from RM5,000 for Bronze members to unlimited for Diamond members
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes to 24 hours depending on the method and VIP tier
• Any bonus that has not met the wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until the requirements are fulfilled

Cyl88 reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals for security review if suspicious activity is detected. In such cases, the cyl88 team will contact the member via their registered email within 24 hours.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

Cyl88 offers its members a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. Each bonus and promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions stated alongside the respective offer.

• All bonuses have a stated validity period — expired bonuses will be automatically cancelled
• The wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn
• Each promotion can only be claimed once unless otherwise stated in the promotion's terms
• The welcome bonus is only available to new members registering for the first time

• Use a strong, unique password — a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols
• Never share your login credentials with anyone, including family members
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an additional layer of protection
• Log out of your account when using a shared device
• Report immediately to CYL88 support if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation

CYL88 will never request your password or sensitive information via email, SMS, or any other channel. If you receive such a request claiming to be from CYL88, please disregard it and report it to our security team.

9 Prohibited Conduct

Use of the CYL88 platform is subject to strict conduct guidelines. The following are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination:

• Identity fraud — registering using another person's identity or false information
• Multiple accounts — owning or operating more than one account

12 Account Suspension and Termination

• Failure to complete the KYC verification process when required
• Use of a VPN or proxy to bypass platform geo-restrictions
• Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months

In cases of termination due to a breach, cyl88 reserves the right to hold all account balances while an investigation is conducted. If the investigation finds no breach, the balance will be returned to the member. 13 Limitation of Liability

Cyl88 is not liable for any losses incurred by members in the following situations:

• Losses resulting from internet connection failures or disruptions on the member's end
• Losses resulting from the use of login credentials by an unauthorised third party
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the platform

14 Amendments to Terms and Applicable Law

Cyl88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. However, for material changes, cyl88 will endeavour to notify members via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

As a member, it is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will reflect the latest version in effect.

These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith discussion within 30 days before being referred to independent arbitration.
